Guided installation

A controlled route from source map to go-live.

Installation is a jointly reviewed operating path—not a download button. Sources, boundaries, responsibilities and validation scenarios are agreed before the first governed flow is activated.

Six controlled stages

Each gate produces a reviewable deliverable.

The next stage begins only after ownership, boundaries and evidence expectations are explicit.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Define the governed workflow, owners and evidence obligations.

    REVIEW
  2. 02

    Source map

Inventory approved sources and decide what remains separable or retireable.

    REVIEW
  3. 03

    Boundary design

Set access, scope, policy and intentional-silence conditions.

    REVIEW
  4. 04

    Deployment

Configure the agreed current SEDIM service and record handoff in the selected environment.

    REVIEW
  5. 05

    Validation

Test attribution, denied paths, source changes and reruns.

  6. 06

    Go-live

Approve monitoring, support ownership and the upgrade path.

    ACTIVATE

Current-path boundary. Installation planning starts from Qwen3-8B grounding and records. Managed trained layers, CLAST initialisation and Craton are not assumed to be production capabilities.

Before installation

Bring three things to the first workshop.

01A bounded workflow or decision02An accountable source owner03A clear evidence obligation
