These preliminary terms provide a structured home for NAGE’s final service terms. Commercial, beta and acceptable-use language will be finalized before public access.
Responsible use
Users must not apply NAGE to unlawful, abusive or unauthorized processing. Detailed acceptable-use requirements will accompany the production service.
Ownership and confidentiality
Customer materials remain subject to the applicable beta or commercial agreement. Confidential technical information must be handled according to that agreement.
