Controlled beta · Current service evaluation

Validate one governed flow with us.

The beta is a controlled evaluation and implementation programme for teams with a specific knowledge, boundary or evidence problem—not a generic product waitlist or a promise that every target-architecture capability is available.

Programme fit

A strong beta starts with a narrow, consequential problem.

You do not need a finished integration plan. You do need an accountable owner, an approved source set and a clear reason the answer must remain traceable.

01A bounded use caseOne decision or workflow to govern first.
02An evidence obligationA reason claims must resolve to known sources.
03An accountable teamOwners for source, policy and validation decisions.
04A deployment windowTime to map, test and review the governed path.
What happens after application

Four gates between fit review and evidence review.

  1. 01FIT REVIEW

Confirm the use case, owner and success criteria.

  2. 02AGREEMENT

Set beta responsibilities, confidentiality and installation scope.

  3. 03INSTALLATION

Map sources and boundaries, then configure the first flow.

  4. 04EVIDENCE REVIEW

Validate attribution, silence and re-verification scenarios.

After validation

If the gates pass, scope the production path.

The commercial path can carry the accepted current-service architecture, source map and validation record into a separately reviewed production installation. Open risks stay in the handoff.
